We offer a full satisfaction guarantee on all of our wines. If you’re ever unsatisfied with any of the wines from the Wine Club, just contact us and we'll notify the licensed retailer in your state to send you a replacement, no questions asked (subject to applicable laws of the retailer's state).
In the event that your shipment suffers damage in transit, please contact us for a replacement. Please don’t attempt to ship any wines back to us.
If you wish to suspend or cancel your Wine Club shipments, please contact us. Note: An order already in progress can’t be stopped or refunded, so your membership will be cancelled before the next scheduled shipment.
