We offer a satisfaction guarantee on every wine. If you’re ever unsatisfied for any reason, please let us know and we'll notify the licensed retailer in your state to replace your wine (subject to applicable laws of the retailer's state).
In the event that your wine shipment is ever damaged, please discard any broken or leaking bottles and contact us and we'll arrange for the licensed retailer in your state to send you a replacement.
If you wish to pause or cancel your ongoing Wine Club shipments, please contact us. Note that a Wine Club shipment already in progress cannot be cancelled or refunded.
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase or receive wine, and a person at least 21 years of age must be present to sign for your delivery.
Your credit card will be charged at the time of each wine shipment. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. The charge will appear on your credit card as GWC*GLOBAL WINE CELLARS in most states and as GWC*LANDON WINERY GWC CLUB in Texas. We authorize the card and your payment is made directly to the applicable licensed wine retailer. You’ll receive an e-mail when your wine ships, so you’ll know when to expect it.
